ISO members will appoint the experts as the representative for their country to share knowledge and establish voluntary , consensus-based, market relevant International Standards. The purpose of the international standard is to support innovation and provide solutions to global challenges. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) does not perform certification audit services. Organizations intend to get certified to the ISO standard (eg. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, etc) must contact an independent certification body (CB).
